About Jerome Downey
Jerome L. Downey founded DMF Energy with a commitment to strengthening project delivery through field experience, operational insight, and technology-enabled solutions.
His background spans skilled trades, construction, infrastructure, business development, and public-sector environments, providing a broad perspective on the challenges organizations face when planning, coordinating, and executing complex work. As a Steamfitter-Pipefitter with academic and technical training from Mount Allison University, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and Nova Scotia Community College, Jerome has worked across multiple sectors and regions of Canada.
Today, DMF Energy continues to support clients across construction, infrastructure, energy, and industrial environments by bringing together field services, operational support, and performance solutions designed to strengthen project delivery.
