(Federal Corporation No. CAN 2018124996; Nova Scotia Registry No. 3311066) ("DMF Energy," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the operation of our website at dmfenergy.com, our business operations, our client and partner relationships, and our technology platforms FIELDLAYER™ and ENGAGEOPS™.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals whose personal information we handle. This Policy is designed to comply with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Nova Scotia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (NS FOIPOP) where applicable, and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA AB) where applicable. a) Account registration information: name, job title, organization, email address, phone number, and professional credentials;

c) Project and operational data submitted to the platform by the user or their organization, which may include information about third-party project participants, stakeholders, or workforce members;
d) Technical data: device type, browser type, IP address, and operating system information.
2.3 CRM and Business Development Data
a) Professional contact information for existing and prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders, collected in the normal course of business development;
b) Information obtained from publicly available sources (LinkedIn, organizational websites, government directories) in connection with business development activities;
c) Records of meetings, conversations, and project inquiries.
2.4 Analytics Data
a) Website analytics data collected through Squarespace Analytics and similar tools, including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and geographic region. This data is collected in an aggregated and anonymized form where possible.
3. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Directly from you when you complete a contact form, subscribe to communications, register for a platform account, or correspond with us;

5.2 You may withdraw consent to receive CEMs at any time by: clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in any of our electronic messages; or contacting us at legal@dmfenergy.com with the subject line 'Unsubscribe.'
5.3 Withdrawal of consent does not affect CEMs sent pursuant to an existing business relationship, as defined under CASL.
6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with:

8.1 DMF Energy Inc. maintains commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
8.2 Platform data in Fieldlayer™ and EngageOps™ is protected by access controls, encrypted transmission (TLS), and role-based permissions.
8.3 In the event of a privacy breach involving personal information under our control that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required under PIPEDA.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
You have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by DMF Energy Inc.:
Access: request a copy of personal information we hold about you;
Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent for non-essential data uses, subject to legal or contractual limitations;
Deletion: request deletion of personal information where we have no ongoing legal obligation to retain it;
Complaint: file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or the applicable provincial privacy commissioner.
